Meet Michael Bruno, Erik Gitli, and Randy Gitli. The three Aladdin Plumbing owners recently sat down to share their passion for providing customers high-quality work and distinctive customer service in a short video.
No Job Too Small
Aladdin Plumbing tackles plumbing issues both big and small. From residential concerns such as faucet repairs or home drain stoppages to larger commercial or renovation needs, Aladdin is dedicated to identifying the problem, assessing possible solutions, and executing a plan to completely remedy the situation. With extensive construction knowledge, Aladdin professionals often find leaks without opening walls and ceilings. High-tech equipment, such as fiber optic cameras, allows technicians to precisely pinpoint leaks and other issues. No matter what the problem, the professionals from Aladdin Plumbing persevere until the problem is solved and the customer is satisfied.
No Customer Overlooked
Aladdin Plumbing prides themselves on their long history of excellent customer service. Long-term customers, some who have been with Aladdin for twenty or thirty years, watched Erik and Randy grow up learning the family business. Now as the next generation of leadership, Erik, Randy, and Michael know how crucial it is to maintain a high level of personal service. “People like to see the same face. They like building relationships with our technicians,” says owner Randy Gitli. The tight-knit family business is large enough to quickly and efficiently service the community but small enough to still give that personal touch. Owner Michael Bruno says, “We care about our customers. Without them, we would not be here.”
A Brief History of Aladdin Plumbing
Founder Gerald (Jerry) Gitli began his career in the plumbing industry in 1955 after a stint serving in the United States Army. His faithful service working for a plumbing and repair company earned him a solid reputation that still resounds throughout the company today. After working for the City of New York, Jerry started Aladdin Plumbing Corporation in 1976. Today, Michael, Erik, and Randy are passionate about leading in the same example of excellence set by their founder.
